Picture yourself flowing downstream along a river. You are in a canoe and you can paddle down the middle or to either side as you move forward. Your life is like this; you have choices and you can take one of many different paths at any given time. Use this analogy as you make your way through your daily life.
By sampling options that are available to you life becomes a smorgasboard of possibilities. Go with your feelings as you make your choices. If something feels good and right to you, steer your boat closer to it and see what it has to offer. You cannot live someone else's life experience, only your own, so make sure you are doing what is right for you. Now you may think
that we are saying for you to be selfish and unfocused. Not at all. We want you to enjoy the life experience that will bring you joy and happiness. Until you have had enough experiences to compare and contrast you may have a difficult time focusing on the right path for you. Once you can say, "I choose to live my life this way and not that way" you will have found the sweet spot of life that will make your life meaningful to you and to others.
