Most of us have felt bad about one thing or another for so long that we have difficulty finding that place of normalcy again. If you are feeling resistance that is not normal; it just seems normal because we have felt that way for awhile.
It is normal to feel enthusinastic, to laugh (a lot), to feel strong and self-confident. It is normal to have so much energy that you never look at the clock to see if it is time for bed. It is normal to feel excited at the thought of discussing your plans with others and to hear their plans.
You can do and have anything you want, so feel the excitement of the possibilities. Remember what it was like to feel excied and enthusiastic as a child; that is the feeling you are reaching for.
