Reinvent Your Life By Keeping a Journal

Writing every day in a journal can be helpful when you are in the process of changing your life. Whether you are just writing down your thoughts and feelings, or you are thinking about writing a book or ebook, journal writing will help you to get in touch with the person you are becoming.

Be sure to date each entry so that you can look back at it in the weeks and months ahead and see how far you have come. Write down your hopes, dreams, and goals for the life you are creating for yourself.
