As you practice each day, you will begin to feel the clarity that comes from putting all other thoughts out of your mind.
Affirmations are positive statements that bring you closer to your success goals in all areas of your life. While you are sitting quietly you think about what you want by making positive statements to yourself. Say things like – My business is successful and I make x dollars each month, or, I have a beautiful home with a view of the mountains. These affirmations will make your meditation time even more powerful in your quest for success.
